CDBG-Small Cities Housing RLF Implementation Handbook

The handbook presents procedures and requirements of the CDBG Housing Revolving Loan Fund (RLF). The Department of Commerce will monitor the performance of grant recipients based upon the contents of this manual.

Only the most recent edition of the handbook will contain the rules in effect at any time.
