Judy Wilcox, a fixture in the
state's housing programs which served the homeless retired from the
Department of Commerce in November. As part of her going away
party her colleagues arranged for a Native American drum ceremony to
mark the occasion.

DNR Secretary Matt Frank and
Dept. of Commerce Secretary Richard Leinenkugel talk with members of

Pines Resort near Hayward. The two secretaries were on a joint tour to
the north with stops in Hayward and Ashland to discuss state budget,
energy, tourism economy and other issues.
