Storage Tank Permit & Registration Area of Responsibility Permit and Registration staff administrator underground and aboveground flammable or combustible liquid and hazardous substance storage tank registration and use-permits, which also includes maintaining the State storage tank database. Individual permit staff maintain specific areas of responsibility by county and by tank owner (25 or more underground storage tanks). To identify who the Permit & Registration Unit contact is for a specific county pass the cursor over the county on the map below and the individual's name and contact information will appear. To send an e-mail directly to that individual click on a highlighted county and an e-mail communication box will appear. For contacting the permit staff person responsible for a specific business owning 25 or more tanks use the List of Business box and double click on the business name.
