Plan Review Lookup

Submitters of storage tank plan review submittals and petitions for variance may check on the status of the submittal by entering your Commerce assigned customer ID number in the box below. 

A report of all plan reviews associated with your number will be displayed. A status will appear for 60 days after approval and 60 days for any other status.

The reviewer may send e-mail correspondence regarding the plan or petition submittal to you if you have an e-mail on file with the division or if you included an e-mail address on the application. Questions should be directed to the plan reviewer listed in the report.
