PECFA Occurrence Classification Occurence Classification forms are no longer required for sites that have a DNR notification date of May 1, 2006 or earlier. Task 29-Occurrence Classification, on the Usual & Customary Costs Schedule, is only eligible for reimbursement if a form was completed and received by the department on or before February 28, 2008. The scoring of sites was a one-time event that occurred immediately after Comm 47 became effective on May 1, 2006. New sites entering the PECFA program are not required to complete this form.
