As an ongoing process to comply with 101.143(4)(cm), Wis. Stats., the department is
providing the following schedule of usual and customary costs for equipment frequently
used on PECFA sites. For an occurrence for which a competitive bidding process is
used (sites over $60K), the department is prohibited from using the schedule. If a consultant normally uses equipment on-site which is not listed, provide full description of the
equipment and its cost (with substantiation) when submitting the claim. Updates are planned no more frequently than semi-annually.
