Governor Doyle Announces Funding for Ace Precision Machining
For Immediate Release: February 18, 2008 Project to create 42 jobs MADISON - Governor Jim Doyle today announced that Ace Precision Machining will receive $100,000 in Technology Zone tax credits. The project is expected to create 42 new positions. "By investing in Ace Precision Machining, we are creating opportunities for hardworking Wisconsin families," said Governor Doyle. "I am pleased that Ace Precision Machining is upgrading its facility, creating good, family-supporting jobs in Waukesha County." Ace Precision Machining is a supplier to the domestic and international gas turbine engine component markets. The company services the OEM market, as well as the repair market. Ace plans to purchase state-of-the-art electron beam welding equipment that will allow for new product sales development from customers like Honeywell and Rolls Royce. Total cost of the project is $2,930,000.
