- A code change package related to fees, notably Permit-to-Operate and Water Treatment Device fees, was adoption Nov. 12 and is expected to be effective January 1, 2010.

- There will be a joint meeting of the Commercial Building Code Advisory Council and the Multifamily Dwelling Code Advisory Council on Thursday, Nov. 19, 2009 in Middleton, part of the ongoing consideration of changes to the Commercial Building Code, Comm 60-66. 

- Proposed changes to Comm 5.12, establishing a schedule of forfeitures for POWTS governmental unit employees, were adopted on Oct. 5, 2009, and will be effective Dec. 1, 2009.
