Safety and Buildings Division Plumbing Agent Municipalities The department has designated the following agent municipalities the authority to reveiw and approve plumbing plans and specifications for plumbing installations located within their boundary limits. (See link to list of municipal web sites at the bottom of this page for latest municipal contact information.) 1. Agent municipalities authorized to review plumbing plans and specifications for those installations located within the municipality's boundary limits, as listed in Table 82.20-2. (Link to municpal web site list) Appleton West Bend (A project in West Bend may be submitted to the state or to West Bend). 2. Agent municipalities authorized to perform review for stormwater and clearwater subsurface infiltration, treatment, and detention systems serving public buildings.
